About Fanoos
Fanoos brings authentic Middle Eastern and Persian flavours to Brighton & Hove. Traditional recipes, fresh ingredients and an open charcoal grill — served in the dining room or packed for takeaway.
From mezze such as kashke bademjoon and mast-o-khiyar to slow cooked ghorme sabzi and whole grilled sea bass, our menu follows the Persian table: generous, shared and built on herbs, saffron and fire.
